Vivian Schröder began her career in the film industry by producing commercials in the entertainment sector. Since 2012, she has worked closely with Boekamp & Kriegsheim, a production company in Berlin. There she focused on the production of documentary films and series, including Scitech Tv for the Arab market and Because Of Who I Am for arte/rbb. Through the B&K production The Bornio Case, she got to know the principle of impact producing and has been working as Germany's first impact producer since 2020, giving international workshops and accompanying the theatrical release of films such as Total Trust. Since 2019, she has been working intensively on setting up a film and impact program in Germany based on the model of DocSociety's Good Pitch and has coordinated initial formats such as the Climate Story Lab Berlin and Impact Day 2024. In 2024, she founded The Good Media Network together with Anna Ramskogler-Witt and is Impact and Outreach Director of Dokumentale.

Anna Ramskogler-Witt began her career in the film industry in 2006 at the Vienna Pool Filmverleih, where she initially set up the educational program and was later responsible for marketing and booking & billing. In 2010, she took over the interim management of the Vienna Human Rights Film Festival This Human World before moving to Berlin in 2011, where she accompanied international film premieres as a PR agent. In 2017, she seized the unique opportunity to set up the Fundraising and Partnerships department at the renowned European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR), which she headed until 2019. From 2019 to 2023 she was Director of the Human Rights Film Festival Berlin. Since the beginning of her career, she has been convinced that documentaries could achieve a longer lifespan and a larger audience through an impact approach, which is why she brought the Climate Story Lab to Berlin, among other things. In 2024, she co-founded The Good Media Network with Vivian Schröder and is the artistic director of Dokumentale.

Veronika Neubauer is a freelance art director in Berlin. Since graduating in painting and graphic design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, she has worked as a freelance graphic designer and art director, first in Vienna and since 2008 in Berlin. Since then, she has mainly designed many magazines and books. From 2020 to 2023, she was responsible for the graphics of the Human Rights Film Festival Berlin. At The Good Media Network, she is responsible for the entire design area, from logo and festival design to magazines, flyers, merchandise, web and social media, etc.

Jana Sepehr was born in Hamburg and studied sociology, globalization and (development) policy in Kiel, Maastricht and San Diego. For her master's thesis at the University of Ghana, she researched the migration of doctors and the consequences for the healthcare system. She has been a freelance journalist since 2015, including for Die Zeit, Der Spiegel and ZDF. She edits the publications and the D'Salon for Dokumentale.

Yvonne de Andrés is a cultural manager with many years of experience in publishing. She specializes in the development and organization of cultural and educational events in cooperation with foundations, embassies and institutions. Her focus is on gender equality, democracy and freedom of expression. She actively contributes her expertise as an advisor, jury member and board member of the German Women's Council and as a member of various cultural associations such as BücherFrauen. She is instrumental in setting up the non-fiction book section of Dokumentale.

Alexandra Weltz-Rombach is a filmmaker and producer based in Berlin. She has a master's degree in cultural studies, comparative literature and history. Her audiovisual productions include documentaries, short films and online formats. Since 2020, she has headed the Galerie Auslage project, which sees itself as a curatorial laboratory for art, books, objects and ideas and works according to the principles of DIY culture, the copier, speed and mobility, experimentation and temporary and interim use as a Berlin model. She supports Dokumentale as a curator of the D'Lounge.
