Für Demokratie gegen Extremismus

Dona Kujacinski / German / 2025 / 214 Pages

Democracy is often taken for granted, yet it is anything but secure. Today, only about 6.6% of the world’s population lives in full democracies. In #FürDemokratieGegenExtremismus, 27 young authors speak out in defense of values such as freedom, equality, and human dignity, which are increasingly threatened by extremism, populism, and disinformation. They address issues like online hate, racism, and political apathy. The book is a call to action: democracy must be defended with commitment and conviction, as it is the foundation of a free society.
