Call for Latin American Films 2026 | Films 4 Transparency – IACC Punta Cana

For the seventh time, Films 4 Transparency is placing documentary film at the center of the global anti-corruption movement. We showcase films that leave a lasting impact. Not because corruption is a story we’ve never heard before, but because these films reveal the price of standing up to it and what success looks like when someone succeeds.

We are looking for long and short documentaries from Latin America (and invited films) completed in 2025 or 2026 that focus on people fighting against corruption and the abuse of power: investigators and whistleblowers, journalists and prosecutors, communities defending their land, and movements that refuse to look the other way.

We’re interested in stories of courage and perseverance, organized crime and state capture, artivism, and the power of youth and above all, in stories where real change has actually taken place. Films that not only highlight problems but also point the way forward.

The selected films will be screened at the 22nd International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC) in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, in front of delegates from more than 100 countries. This will be followed by a moderated discussion and an impact roundtable that brings the film crew together with people who can make a difference on the respective issue.

Por séptima vez, Films 4 Transparency abre la convocatoria para documentales (largo- y cortometrajes) finalizados en 2025 o 2026 que se centren en el movimiento mundial contra la corrupción. Buscamos historias de valentía y perseverancia, crimen organizado, captura del Estado, artivismo, poder de la juventud, y de personas que luchan contra la corrupción y el abuso de poder. Las películas seleccionadas se proyectarán en la 22.ª Conferencia Internacional Anticorrupción (IACC) en Punta Cana, República Dominicana, ante delegados de más de 100 países. La proyección estará seguida de una conversación moderada y una mesa redonda de impacto que reunirá al equipo de la película con personas que pueden contribuir a generar cambios en relación con el tema abordado.
