Set against the backdrop of the 1993 Štrpci massacre, the film tells the story of Tomo Buzov, the sole non-Bosniak passenger on a train seized by Serbian paramilitaries. As violence erupts, Tomo attempts to resist, but is powerless against the brutality of the attackers. Through his struggle, the film poignantly captures the horror and futility of ethnic violence, revealing the personal cost of standing against hatred.
