A documentary VR experience exploring the structural violence at Europe’s outer borders. A squat, often the only refuge for those fleeing, becomes a space where users interact with personal belongings that tell stories of rejection and brutality. As the space transforms, real film footage merges with the virtual world, transporting users to the heart of the experiences depicted and revealing a hidden yet systemic European reality that leaves many migrants and refugees in a constant state of uncertainty.
