Sie hat bei Festivals wie Ceau, Cinema! und One World Romania moderiert und arbeitet im Bereich Filmkuratierung und Festivalprogrammgestaltung. Ihre Interessen liegen im feministischen Filmdiskurs, Dokumentarfilm sowie in zugänglichen, nicht-hierarchischen Formen des kulturellen Dialogs.

Kenna began her career in NYC’s film industry before transitioning into advocacy at the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem, where she supported individuals navigating the criminal legal system. She now centers her work on the intersection of community engagement, documentary film, and journalism. Alongside her professional work, she is pursuing a graduate degree in Geographies of Global Inequalities at Freie Universität Berlin.
