The Devil is Busy

Geeta Gandbhir, Christalyn Hampton / United States / 2024 / 31 min

In Atlanta, Georgia, a women's clinic finds itself at the center of escalating tensions: since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the nationwide right to abortion, it has been under siege by anti-abortion protesters. At the heart of the clinic’s operations is Tracii, the head of security. She manages access, coordinates protective measures, escorts patients, shields them from harassment, and offers emotional support. Amid mounting political pressure, growing hostility, and constant tension, providing care becomes an increasingly difficult and crucial daily task.
