Nomadenkino is a mobile open-air cinema project from Berlin that has been transforming urban spaces into pop-up movie venues since 2010. Whether in courtyards, on rooftops, or in abandoned industrial areas, Nomadenkino creates atmospheric film nights in unique locations.

With carefully curated off-the-beaten-track programs, it celebrates cinematic diversity and brings people together under the open sky, right in the heart of the city.

Maintenance Artist

Who cleans up when the party’s over? A portrait of a radical artist who turns her gaze to the work that usually goes unnoticed. In collaboration with the New York City Department of Sanitation, Mierle Laderman Ukeles combines art with waste, transforming maintenance into an artistic practice.
