Workshop: Filmmaking

31 May, 2026, 4.00 PM @ Festival Center: Manifesto Market

Event language: English

How are films actually made—and how much can you tell using just your smartphone? In this hands-on workshop, participants work in small teams to develop and shoot their own short films using their phones. Together, they explore storytelling, camera techniques, and creative approaches to filmmaking. Through experimentation, filming, and group reflection, they gain insight into the filmmaking process. The recorded material can then be further edited and developed independently after the workshop.

Recommended age: 16 - 25 years

Please meet at the Doxumentale Ticket Counter in the Playce 10 minutes before the workshop begins.
