To Dance is to Resist at Kater

29 May, 2026, 8.00 PM @ Kater

To Dance Is To Resist sets the tone for the Dx’Lounge opening night at Kater — and the title says it all. We celebrate the protagonists of a Ukrainian film that explores the urgency of human expression, dance as a strategy for survival, and the struggle for recognition and acceptance.

Accompanying the screening, there will be a performance by artists featured in the film. We are delighted to share this special night with them before releasing guests into the vibrant, pulsating life of Holzmarkt.

The Q&A will include:

  • Julian Lautenbacher, Director
  • Sasha Ongley, Producer
  • Nadiia Khatymlianska, Editor
  • Moritz Martin, Moderator
